The Shortgrass Library System is one of Alberta's Regional Library Systems. Shortgrass Library System is a service-oriented, non-profit organization and is registered as a charitable organization with the Canada Revenue Agency. Shortgrass Library System provides Integrated Library Services (ILS) and other technical services to regional public libraries as well as school-based libraries.

Yellowhead Regional Library
Established in 1971, the Yellowhead Regional Library (YRL) is a co-operative library system that provides bibliographic, client and communications services to member public and school libraries within the region. To provide its members with a broader spectrum of services, YRL partners with three other regional libraries in Alberta to form TRAC (The Regional Automation Consortium). This partnership allows for quicker circulation between member libraries and gives patrons access to an online catalogue with nearly items and more than titles. West Vancouver Memorial Library
Located in the beautiful oceanside community of West Vancouver, the West Vancouver Memorial Library prides itself in enriching lives. Since its opening in 1950, it has flourished and grown. The Library currently serves a population of has a collection of volumes (including non-print), a circulation rate of 23 per capita (which is one of the highest in Canada.
