The company is engaged in multi-faceted activity and includes subsidiary organizations such as GTB Anhaght LLC, Union Service LLC, GTB Steel LLC and GTB Build LLC. The companies carry out various construction and development projects: for instance, the ongoing construction of a unique apartment building at Davit Anhaght 25 and a multi-profile innovative apartment building behind the famous Komitas market in Yerevan, as well as the construction of the unprecedented iron welding plant that GTB Steel LLC is building in the Ararat region. The iron plant took $70mln in investments to build, its primary goal is to stimulate the economy of the Republic of Armenia.
