Das Familienunternehmen Aeroxon Insect Control GmbH, das seinen Sitz seit der Gründung in der Bahnhofstraße 35 hat, geht auf den schwäbischen Bonbonfabrikanten und Firmengründer Theodor Kaiser zurück. Mit dem Aufbau einer effizienten Produktion des Fliegenfängers legte er den Grundstein zum Erfolg der Marke. Die Marke Aeroxon® ist die älteste aktiv vertriebene Marke in diesem Produktsegment in Deutschland und heute mit Artikeln wie Lebensmittelmotten-Fallen*, Ameisen- und Silberfischen-Köderdosen*, Fenster-Fliegenfallen und Mottenschutz-Produkten die Nr. 1 der Herstellermarken im deutschen Handel (Nielsen 2020). Investitionen in eine eigene Insektenzucht mit modernen Versuchskabinen und komplexen Analysegeräten ermöglichen umfangreiche Forschungsprojekte, Produktneuentwicklungen und eine kontinuierliche Wirksamkeitsüberprüfung aller Produkte. Aeroxon engagiert sich bundesweit im Natur- und Artenschutz.
