DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT Stansomatic specializes in manufacturing high precision progressive tools. It all starts in our large construction department where our skilled technicians develop and optimize the product in order to achieve the most optimal solution in terms of both price and function. TOOL DEPARTMENT Stansomatic designs and manufactures complex progressive stamping tools in our in-house tool department. We build, manufacture and test the tools based on drawings from our construction department. All to make sure that we can produce and deliver high-quality products. METAL PROTOTYPES Stansomatic has been constructing and fabricating prototypes for over 50 years. We can help you through the process which usually starts with the construction of a prototype that will enable you to carry out assembly tests in realistic conditions. QUALITY Stansomatic has since 1992 been certificated according to ISO 9001 and in 2018, the certification was upgraded to ISO 9001:2015 which secures an effective running of quality control. Quality is evident in all our processes and workflows and it involves PPAP, Six Sigma and LEAN. SPECIAL PROCESSES Stansomatic is an all-in-one supplier and offers additional services to complement our core technologies and precision stamping. We offer different types of surface treatment, automated packaging, laser marking, degreasing and deburring. The firm currently has about 85 employees and produces approx. 300 million punched parts annually. The parts, which are produced in fully automatic punching machines, consist of all types of metal and steel in thicknesses from 0.05 mm to approx. 2 mm.

Siden starten i 1996 har DENCKER udviklet sig til at være en one-stop supplier – vi har altså samlet alle processer in-house. I dag bliver vi ofte inddraget allerede når et emne foreligger i en designskitse. Herefter er vi med resten af vejen, til emnet er færdigproduceret. Det sikrer en rationel produktionsproces, der bidrager til produktets rentabilitet for kunden. DENCKER har købt en anpart i virksomheden Trend Mould, som også varetager sprøjtestøbning af plastemner. Trend Mould ApS fokuserer på andre forretningsområder end DENCKER, bl.a. bygge- og vindbranchen, som kræver et lidt andet set-up og her er emnerne typisk større og med andre krav til bl.a. detaljer og tolerancer. DENCKER og Trend Mould supplerer hinanden rigtig godt og sammen kan vi levere til en meget bred vifte af danske virksomheder og brancher.

Vi har både barista maskiner til hele bønner og ESE til de travle. Vi har designet en række små espressomaskiner på ESE-pad system der gør hver enkelt kop kaffe fantastisk. Maskinerne er håndlavet i Italien, på bestilling. ESE Kaffen er testet i over 20 år af vores familie på Sicilien, der har skaffet os adgang til de fantastiske kaffebønner fra hele verden. De bliver ristet på et 60 år gammelt familieejet risteri på vulkanen Etna. Til hele bønner har vi risteri i København, hvor vi håndrister dagligt på bestilling. Ingen spild. Vi kan klare 600 kg om dagen. Vi elsker events, festivaller, firmaevents eller bare små hyggelige tasting events i vores showroom og vores skønne Piaggio ape kommer glædeligt ud til møder/ events / bryllupper/ fest og laver dagen ekstra lækker.
