Fondata a Solbiate Arno (Va) nel 1891 da Innocente Riganti, In più di 130 anni di storia e sotto la guida delle tre successive generazioni della famiglia, la Riganti da realtà inizialmente artigianale si è affermata come una delle imprese industriali leader nel proprio settore. Dagli anni '90 sono al vertice dell'azienda i cugini Emilio e Marco, rispettivamente Presidente e Amministratore Delegato, mentre la quinta generazione fa già parte dell'organico. Ad oggi gli impianti produttivi occupano una superficie totale di metri quadrati, dei quali più di coperti. Con un volume di produzione totale di circa trentamila tonnellate e una forza lavoro di oltre 200 addetti, Riganti serve una clientela variegata composta da imprese operanti in diversi settori, ripartite equamente tra mercato domestico e internazionale, quest'ultimo rappresentato sia da paesi europei che extreuropei (tra gli altri USA, Brasile, Giappone.). Grazie a una struttura flessibile e integrata verticalmente che copre con reparti dedicati l'intero ciclo di produzione di una componente meccanica forgiata, la Riganti, oltre allo stampaggio, può gestire in autonomia la progettazione, la realizzazione e lo stoccaggio degli stampi e delle altre attrezzature e la lavorazione meccanica dei pezzi stampati, potendoli fornire anche semilavorati, finiti o verniciati, pronti per l'assemblaggio. Una consolidata attenzione alla qualità ha spinto la Riganti ad avviare, già a partire dal 1995, il percorso di introduzione di un sistema di gestione certificato secondo la normativa Iso, evolutosi poi nell'attuale sistema di gestione integrato Qualità-Ambiente-Sicurezza, conforme agli standard EN 9100:2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001:2018.
