Jambyl Cement Company was established at the end of 2007. The production started in Nov 2020 and soon the company stepped into the market by offering first class products. The present annual production capacity of the plant is tons of cement, delivered by bulk or bags. Jambyl cement is located nearby Mynaral a village on the western shores of Balkhash Lake at 400 km distance from Almaty. The site is considered ideally located along the main route Almaty-Astana, having easy access to the main construction markets of the country while benefiting from railway connection (99% of our deliveries (bulk and bags) are made by train The plant is modern, being one of the first dry-process plants with precalciner in Kazakhstan and benefits from very large, authorized reserves of raw materials (limestone and shale). All has been designed to be as much energy efficient as possible and respecting the most stringent environmental requirements. Jambyl Cementis part of Vicat Group. VICAT, is a family firm founded 170 years ag. The group operates in 12 countries with 9 900 employees and generates consolidated sales of almost 4 billion euros (70% out of France). Through its cement plants, aggregate quarries, concrete plants, finishing products for the building industry, VICAT is devoted to furthering local development, fostering local employment and treating the environment with responsibility.

LUKOIL Lubricants Central Asia sells LUKOIL lubricants in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Afghanistan and China. Among the largest companies consuming LUKOIL lubricants in Kazakhstan are ERG Group, Alageum Electric, Kazzinc, Karazhyra, Kazakhmys Corporation, Kazakhstan Temir Zholy and others. A key strategic project in Kazakhstan was the construction of a modern lubricants plant in the Almaty region. Construction began in May 2016 and the plant was opened in September 2019. The new plant in Kazakhstan has become the most modern production and logistics complex in the Central Asian region. Its capacity is up to tons of products per year. The area of the production site is 12.5 hectares. The plant has a robotic warehouse for storage of finished products and a modern quality control laboratory. The plant is located 40 km from Almaty in Iliyskiy district, in close proximity to the international highway corridor “Western Europe - Western China”. Its geographical location opens up new prospects for the company to efficiently supply lubricants to China and other Asian countries.
