Maskot Mascot Costume Production
We are world leader in custom-made brand & sports custom mascot design and manufacturing of exceptional quality. We produced Sponge Bob and Patrick characters for Games Production division of Nickoledeon TV. We exported many world-famous characters like lion Max, Cheetos Chester, Little Ceaser, Angry Birds, Ben 10, Batman, ninja Lego characters, Garfield and uncountable others. We produce ultra-light and durable mascots for over 33 years. We use the most innovative mascot construction materials and techniques such as CNC computer controlled machinery, vacuum press, 3D printers, foam casting systems, laminated fabrics, and all in-house. For glossy parts such as eyes, teeth… we use vacuum press mica plastic parts to get a realistic tissue. For colorful deep eye pupils, we use transparent resins to provide an iris like depth. We design characters 3D on digital platforms. Send you screen shots of the initial prototype, revise it depending on your comments and so on. After we get final approval, we scale it to the expected size of the animator. While for huge characters this scale is adapted to a size of 185 cm, 190 cm, or even taller animators, for small characters like a dwarf a much shorter e.g. 155 cm, 160 cm high animator is preferred. So you can see the scale, proportions, even exact numerical values of the critical parts of costume character, and the animator who put on the character. İn these screen shot images costume and animator have gradually different levels of transparency for comfortable observation. Providing a broad view for animator is essencial for animation performance. Such critical expertise requires years of experience. We work very closely with our clients throughout the design and production process. Getting approval at all critical steps. No last-minute surprises.
