Norild was established in 1948 by Ing. Rolf Moseby (1915-2005). The company started in the early 50s with the production of refrigeration and freezing furniture as well as deliveries of refrigeration systems for supermarkets. The product range was på70 century expanded with various solutions for heat recovery from the units. We also developed ventilation units that were integrated with refrigerating systems and common controlsystems. With deliveries of prefabricated refrigiration furniture we now were a complete supplier to food retailers. Norild currently has a large market share in the grocery trade in Norway and delivers to all four major grocery groupings. Moreover, the company delivers "plug-in" products to the food industry as well as gas stations / kiosks. To ensure low operating costs for our customers and ensure safe working conditions in our supply, we have specialized our business on integrated solutions for the Norwegian market.
