South West Mining LLC-SPC was incorporated recently with Fujairah Municipality at Fujairah, UAE, by acquiring a 2.49 Sq km area of Gabbro stone mining area leased for 20 years and is extendable further till the reserves last. Project is equipped with 3 nos. of crushing & screening plants with 4 stages of crushing (Jaw crusher – Cone crusher – Cone Crusher- Vertical Shaft Impactor). All the 3 plants have a combined capacity to produce 2,150 TPH of secondary products other than Quarry run, Road Base, Sub Base and Armour rocks. The company is self-sustained with the support of acquired leased quarry equipment, viz. Drill Machine, Dozer, Excavator, Dumper, and Loader to meet the requirement of producing finished final products from aggregates carried by trucks through other transporters. The company also has its own conveyor system seamlessly connected with the Port of Fujairah, 2 nos. of ship loaders + to dispatch the material by exporting the cargo for various customers, directly to facilitate the dispatch of aggregates by loading bulk cargo vessels within a stipulated period to avoid demurrage due to delays in loading of cargo.

Masafi Crusher

Masafi Crusher was founded in 2001 in the Emirate of Fujairah Masafi area and Licensed by the Government of Fujairah Emirate under license number (14721). Masafi Crusher is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce, holding membership no.(m7365) along with the industrial license for the operations of the sand and gravel mines (crushers). Masafi Crusher was awarded a distinctive site from the Natural Resources Foundation, where The site is located in the middle of a large area of massive, unique, intense gabbro mountains. Moreover, it obtains many huge and modern production lines turning the capacity of producing around tons per month consisting of different sizes as required by the domestic market in the United Arab Emirates and the exporting countries such as Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Bangladesh, and the Maldives. The crusher has several transport trucks dedicated to its production and a vast and excellent location store at Ras Al Khaimah port and Fujairah port for storage of the output of the crusher before the exportation process. Masafi Crusher acquires an exceptional, well-qualified administrative staff along with a distinctive accounting system whether in terms of number or terms of experience, not to mention the highly qualified and experienced technical and labor staff consisting of two hundred and fifty members from various nationalities. Masafi Crusher's annual financial reports are prepared by a certified accounts auditor (Chartered Accountants) to get the most accurate and legal Annual Balance Sheet.
