Chalice is a globally recognised explorer-developer based in Western Australia with a strong track record of value creation for shareholders. The Company is well funded with ~A$83 million in cash and investments as at 31 March 2025, which is expected to fund completion of the studies and permitting phase for our flagship 100%-owned Gonneville Project and allows Chalice to continue high-impact exploration in the new West Yilgarn Province. Our major greenfield discovery in early 2020, the Gonneville Project in Western Australia, is the largest undeveloped palladium-nickel-copper project in the western world. Gonneville has a tier-1 scale Resource containing approximately 17 million ounces of platinum group elements (PGEs), 960 thousand tonnes of nickel, 540 thousand tonnes of copper and 96 thousand tonnes of cobalt, making it the largest PGE discovery in Australian history. The Project has Strategic and Major Project Status from the WA and Commonwealth governments, recognising its scale and strategic importance to the critical minerals sector as well as the dominance of Russia and South Africa in palladium production. Chalice is advancing this world class project towards development, with a Pre-Feasibility Study targeted for completion by the end of CY2025 and the regulatory approvals process are underway. The Project is predicted to have a 20+ year mine life and be the lowest cost PGE mine in the western world (2nd quartile). In mid-2024, Chalice signed a strategic, non-binding MOU with Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan, a top-tier development partner, with the intention of formalising a potential binding partnership on completion of the PFS.

The Company’s activities are focussed on the 100% owned Hemi Gold Project in the Pilbara region of WA. Here De Grey has made a large scale, high value, near surface gold discovery at an area called Hemi. The Hemi discovery is rapidly moving towards De Grey’s goal of defining a Tier 1 project with true district-scale potential. Mineralisation in the Hemi area has been identified over a large area and an 10.5 million ounce mineral resource was released in November 2023. The discovery remains open in multiple directions. The total Hemi Project Mineral Resource is now 12.7 million ounces. De Grey’s recent focus on expanding Hemi means many prospective targets remain untested throughout the wider Hemi Project area. High priority targets are being progressively drill tested.

The CEIP comprises Australia’s largest magnetite Ore Reserve of 3.7Bt (~589Mt high-grade Fe concentrate) and proposes an open pit mine and processing plant near Wudinna, a 130km infrastructure corridor for slurry / process water pipelines and powerline, as well as a Cape-class deep-water port at Cape Hardy on the east coast of the Eyre Peninsula. Test work has demonstrated that the CEIP orebody is not only able to readily produce a premium sinter feed iron concentrate grading 66.6% Fe @-106um (5.5% SiO2 + Al2O3) for conventional blast furnaces, but also a DR grade iron concentrate, grading 69.7% Fe @-53um (2.3% SiO2 + Al2O3)- ideal as a feedstock for modern iron & steelmaking. Credible green iron manufacturing opportunities at the Cape Hardy Industrial Port Precinct, producing DR grade pellets, utilising green hydrogen are supported due to the site’s proximity to the world class CEIP magnetite orebody, large scale renewable energy resources, industrial scale desalination (Northern Water) and multi-gigawatt green hydrogen / ammonia production (Amp Energy). The Company is an active participant in the South Australian Government’s Green Iron Opportunity – Expression of Interest (EOI) process. Iron Road continues to demonstrate its commitment to South Australia having invested approximately $180 million to date in advancing the company’s asset base.
