Ce Décret a conféré la personnalité juridique et l’autonomie financière et de gestion à la Société Guinéenne du Patrimoine Minier (SOGUIPAMI). Société anonyme constituée selon les normes OHADA et soumise à une gestion de droit privé, son objet est selon son décret de création qui sera modifié par le décret D/2015/016/PRG/SGG du12/02/2015 est : La Gestion des participations de l’Etat pour le compte de celui-ci dans les sociétés minières et les sociétés industrielles, les sociétés d’infrastructures et de services dans lesquelles l’Etat est actionnaire; La participation à la recherche minière par la détention seule ou en partenariat de permis de recherche minière à des fins promotionnelles, dans les limites fixées par la loi L/2011/006/CNT du 9 septembre 2011instituant le code minier de la République de Guinée; La commercialisation des produits miniers revenant à l’Etat dans le cadre de l’exercice des droits de commercialisation de l’Etat; La participation aux négociations du gouvernement sur la base des contrats entre l’Etat et les sociétés dans lesquelles elle gère les participations de l’Etat, ainsi que sur le développement des infrastructures minières.
