The material is selected by a dry screening or hydroclassification process and subsequently dried and selected granulometrically before being delivered to the final customer. Quartz sand with a high content of silica (99%) is a hard material (7 mohs scale) with excellent resistance to wear, high temperatures (1700 °) and pressure up to 3Ton/cmq.
