Tosyalı Holding,2012 yılında Japonya'nın önde gelen şirketlerinden Toyo Kohan ile iş birliği anlaşması imzalamıştır. Bu iş birliği ile Türkiye'nin ilk ileri teknoloji ve yüksek katma değerli yassı çelik üretim tesisi olan Tosyalı Toyo Çelik A.Ş. kurulmuştur. 650 milyon dolarlık bir yatırım bedeli ile Osmaniye Organize Bölgesi'nde 250 bin metrekarelik bir alanda yer almaktadır. Tesis, Aralık 2016'da deneme üretimlerine başlamıştır ve 2017 yılı Mayıs ayında ticari üretime geçmiştir. Tosyalı Toyo Çelik A.Ş, 1.0 milyon ton haddeleme kapasitesine sahip olup teneke, galvanizli sac, boyalı sac, soğuk haddelenmiş sac ve asitli-yağlı rulo üretmektedir. Bu ürünler, ambalaj endüstrisinden elektrikli ev aletlerine, bilişim ürünlerinden inşaat sektörüne kadar geniş bir yelpazede kullanılmaktadır. Ayrıca, bu ürünler sadece Türkiye'nin değil, Avrupa'dan Kafkaslar'a, Ortadoğu'dan Kuzey Afrika'ya uzanan geniş bir coğrafyada talep Tosyalı Holding signed a collaboration agreement with Toyo Kohan, one of Japan's leading companies, in 2012. This collaboration led to the establishment of Tosyalı Toyo Steel Inc, Turkey's first advanced technology and high-value flat steel production facility. It is located in the Osmaniye Organized Industrial Zone with a total investment of 650 million dollars and occupies an area of square meters. The facility began trial productions in December 2016 and started commercial production in May 2017. Tosyalı Toyo Steel Inc. has a rolling capacity of 1.0 million tons and produces tinplate, galvanized sheet, painted sheet, cold-rolled sheet, and pickled-oiled coil. These products find applications in a wide range of industries, from the packaging industry to electrical appliances, information technology products to the construction sector. Furthermore, these products are in demand not only in Turkey but also across a broad geography, spanning from Europe to the Caucasus, the Middle East to North Africa.
