Eloksal tesisimizde m²/yıl kapasite ile mat, parlak ve satineli kaplama işlemi 7,5 metre boy ölçüsüne kadar gerçekleştirilebilmektedir. KalaySülfat ve NikelSülfat banyolarımız ile çok açık bronzdan siyaha kadar renklendirme talepleri karşılanmaktadır. Alüminyum ahşap kaplama laminasyon makinemiz, hızlı ve etkili renk değişimlerine izin vererek üretim esnekliğini artırır. Alüminyum profillerin yüzeyinde dayanıklı ve güvenilir ahşap kaplama laminasyon makinesi sağlamak için tasarlanmıştır. Yüksek kaliteli üretim ve montaj süreçleri ile birlikte alüminyum profillerimize ahşap görünümlü bir görünüm kazandırıyoruz. Elektrostatik dikey ve yatay toz boya tesislerimiz ile tüm RAL kodlarında ve mimari seri boyalarda ton/yıl kapasite ile hizmet verilmektedir. Toz boya tesisimiz dış ortam etkilerinden tamamen izole olacak şekilde dizayn edilmiş olup, üretim tam otomatik proses kontrollü kabin sistemi ile gerçekleştirilmektedir. Tesisimiz bünyesinde bulunan 3 ve 4 eksen CNC profil işleme merkezleri, CNC açılı çift kafa ve hassas kesim testereleri, prosese özel makine hatları müşterilerimizin ihtiyaç duyduğu mekanik işlem uygulamalarını özenli ve hızlı bir şekilde gerçekleştirebilmektedir. AR-GE merkezimizde müşterilerimizin talepleri doğrultusunda tasarım ve teknik destek sunulmakta, maksimum kalite ve memnuniyet odaklı çalışılmaktadır.

EDS was established in 1994 as a manufacturer of high pressure aluminum die cast components in a mere 600 square meters in Istanbul. The company moved to its current location in 2006, a 7500 square meters of production facility in the industrial town of Sekerpinar-Kocaeli, 40 kilometers east of Istanbul. Customers can turn to EDS not only for high quality casting but also for design assistance, rapid prototype development, machining, assembly, special surface finishing and custom packaging. Today, EDS continues to its work in two main business units: “high pressure die casting” mainly for the automotive & white goods industries, and “assembly” principally for the furniture industry.
