Pink Cotton Candy Records
Pink Cotton Candy is a Copenhagen-based independent label founded by Nikolaj Bruus, Rasmus Jon and Brian Raaby Andersen, dedicated music nerds releasing the music we absolutely adore. The label was originally envisioned primarily as a platform to release Quiet Sonia, and other personal side-projects, but the ambition quickly grew to encompass other primarily local talent. PCC is in essence non-genre based, but some sort of aesthetic coherence will hopefully arise from emotions, perspectives and attitudes “within” the music. We all have our background in the music scene of Odense among acts such as The Love Coffin, Tettix Hexer, First Flush, Scared Crow, Dorias Baracca and Jonas Munk/Manual, a music scene once intimately connected with music scenes of other cities such as Svendborg (Visage, Af Med Hovedet), Sønderborg (Collider), Århus (Narcosatanicos) and Copenhagen (Molina).

Spillestedet Templet i Lyngby har siden sin start i 1992 bestræbt sig på at skabe et professionelt rytmisk spillested, der kan præsentere levende musik af høj kvalitet og fungere som dynamo for det lokale musikliv. Med sine tre etager har Templet en publikumskapacitet på 160-230 afhængig af arrangementets karakter. Templet præsenterer ca. 80 koncerter årligt, og spillestedet drives af en gruppe idealistiske frivillige fra Musikforeningen Rytmetemplet, der bruger en masse af deres fritid på at levere en scene for seriøs musik i Lyngby.

Digidi - Digital Distribution
A Cooperative Distribution Network Operating Worldwide DiGiDi is a Danish cooperative founded on May 1st 2003 and today it has thousands of shareholders - all from the creative industry. The main focus of the cooperative is to accommodate the common interests of the shareholders - to make sure that the shareholders have access to the best digital distribution of their works. DiGiDi delivers music through collaborations with distribution networks and every other digital release in Denmark has been delivered by DiGiDi to Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, Deezer and all of the rest. DiGiDi is not allowed to profit from sales so all surplus must either be paid to the shareholder based on their sales, or be used for shared investments. DiGiDi pays out 92-94% of the profits. For that reason it will always be in the interest of a cooperative to make sure the shareholders receive the biggest financial outcome from their products as possible, both by keeping costs low and by investing in new digital possibilities for distribution of the shareholders' works.

MusicBusiness 2020 eksisterer ikke længere som projekt, og vi henviser dig til Tænketanken Musik & Sundhed, såfremt du ønsker at vide mere om musikkens sundhedsfremmende virkning. Se link nedenfor. MusicBusiness 2020 var et erhvervprojekt, der blev skabt af de danske komponistforeninger i 2014, og projektet havde som formål at bygge bro mellem komponister og erhvervslivet for at opdyrke nye indtjeningsmuligheder til komponister. Projektet kørte i perioden 2014-2016, og landets største komponistforeningen, DJBFA / Komponister & Sangskrivere, førte sidenhen projektet videre, hvilket resulterede i lanceringen af Danmarks første og eneste tænketank for musik og sundhed. Bandet PATINA vandt i 2019 DRs udviklingsforløb Karrierekanonen, mens deres hitsingle ’Flammer Rammer’, allerede året efter, blev den mest spillede sang på P3. Debutalbummet, ’Drømmefanger’, der også rummede hitsinglen, ’Sådan Må Det Være banede vejen for turnéer og udsolgte koncerter. Og særligt på landevejene har Patina formået at gøre deres pop-rock univers til et højenergisk live-fænomen der med ’GENSTART’-albummet og den storhittende titelsang fra 2022 sendte bandet på deres hidtil største sommertour med milepæle som Fredagsrock i Tivoli og Smukfest sidste år. Forude venter en omfattende efterårsturné på 19 koncerter rundt i hele Danmark.

Promus
Promus works to facilitate the music industry and connect actors from the music environment in a closer network. One of the key elements in Promus’ vision is to develop competences within the community of emerging talents as well as industry professionals. Promus offers advice and counseling to anyone facing questions or difficulties within the music industry. To support the continuous professionalization and sharing of knowledge among industry professionals, Promus, among other things, is producing the academic course Promus Publishing Academy. The course is developed in collaboration with Koda and The Danish Music Publishers Association. Promus is behind several activities aimed at the emerging talents in the city. Especially our mentoring program plays a central role in raising the level of professionality. By connecting them with experienced mentors, people from the emerging talent base are given an opportunity to build connections, network, and gather experience from the established music industry. Promus produces the yearly conference SPOT+, which takes place during SPOT Festival. The conference addresses both Danish and international industry professionals and takes up a broad variety of topics that are relevant for the music industry through panel discussions and networking activities. SPOT+ is produced in collaboration with SPOT Festival, MXD - Danish Music Export along with several organizations and partners. A part of Promus’ vision is to strengthen the international relations of the music environment in Aarhus. In line with this, Promus has played a big role in developing the musical network Music Cities Network which is a collaboration between ambitious music cities.

The Arrangement was established at the beginning of 2019 by music industry executive Anders Fredslund-Hansen and is based in Vesterbro in central Copenhagen. The Arrangement is a full-service music company with publishing, management, and label service. For Anders, the search for the perfect pop song has always been the driving force. With 5 production studios, The Arrangement is the perfect creative hub for both established and upcoming songwriters, producers, and artists.
