Ghislierimusica
Ghislierimusica, founded in 2006, to manage the musical activity of the historical Collegio Ghislieri (founded in 1567 by Pope Pio V) in Pavia. Headed by Maestro Giulio Prandi a well-known conductor on the european stage. Every year, in Pavia, Ghislierimusica organizes an intense season of concerts working directly with Comune di Pavia and other local institutions. One of those initiatives is Pavia Barocca, a Antique Music festival set in Pavia during spring and summer with the exibitions of both italian and international famous musicians. The association is also member of REMA - European Early Music Network - an applying member of EFA - European Festival Assosiation. Ghislieri Choir & Consort, Collegio Ghislieri's baroque resident ensemble, is particularry well-known for its interpretation of the sacred italian repertoire of the 18th century. Periodically Ghislierimusica organizes auditions to all type of voices for future collaborations as coral singer with Ghislieri Choir & Consort. The auditions are open to excellent choral singers, with good musicality, flexibiliy, and experience in ensemble singing. Ghislierimusica is also one of the founding members of along the Centre Culturel de Rencontre d'Ambronay and other 7 european cities, that aims to develop young musician skills and then integrate them in the international Antique Music network.

Grandezze & Meraviglie
Grandezze & Meraviglie is set up as the longest-running Festival of early music of the Emilia-Romagna region and it is recognized in Italy as one of the most innovative and articulated Festival of its kind and, internationally, as one of the festivals expressly addressed to the early music (from the Middle Ages to the early nineteenth century) proposed with instruments and executive practices of the time. Grandezze & Meraviglie continues with the mission of spreading the early and baroque musical repertoires of Modena, Italian and European. Following past editions, the Festival insists in the ex estensi territories (Modena, Vignola, Sassuolo, Villa Sorra, Zocca, Ferrara), with a multiplicity of events and planned activities that realize the interdisciplinary approach of the festival: through music entrusted to complexes of sought authoritativeness, it aims to enhance the places and the historical-artistic buildings of Modena where the concerts and cultural heritage on which the festival is based are held. Since the first edition, Grandezze & Meraviglie spreads awareness of the historical-cultural stratification of the genius loci, collaborating with the main cultural institutions of the territory, with a cultural perspective, but also with a recreational, creative and productive development. After the first two editions edited by the Municipality of Modena, the Festival has been organized since by the Estense Music Association and promoted by local authorities and banking foundations since its beginnings, boasting collaborations with the main cultural music institutions at national and international level. Grandezze & Meraviglie has an active role within the R.E.M.A.(Réseau Européen de Musique Ancienne - European Early Music Network).

Le Dimore Del Quartetto Creative Cultural Enterprise
Le Dimore del Quartetto is a project bonding the satisfaction of excellent young string quartets’ needs with the enhancement of historic houses’ cultural heritage. Historic houses offer hospitality and spaces for rehearsing to musicians, in exchange for a final concert. This creates a virtuous circle, where houses become a precious resource for young music ensembles, and music creates value for houses, which become cultural centres for the community. Through Le Dimore del Quartetto, chamber music is performed in the venues for which it was originally conceived, and above all it attracts new audience and creates opportunities to meet in unusual spaces. The project supports emerging string quartets, selected by the artistic director Simone Gramaglia (Quartetto di Cremona) at the beginning of their career. The project was born in 2015 in collaboration with the Association Italian Historic Houses; it is growing rapidly and aims at involving quartets and houses from all over Europe. The network: • 21 string quartets • 72 historic houses, spread over 12 Italian regions and 35 provinces • 250 days of study quartets spend in historic houses in 2017 • 80 concerts scheduled for 2017 • 4800 total spectators To discover more about next concerts and modalities of participation, check out our website

Located in one of Milan’s most hip neighborhoods (Navigli), Massive Arts covers a total area of including 2 professional recording studios, 1 mastering suite and 6 rehearsal rooms, a 70sqm live room and several relax lounge areas. The entire studio has been developed with the aim of providing an efficient solution to all music production requirements, ranging from pre-production to recording, mixing and class-A mastering. As a matter of fact Massive Arts is the only (and first) studio in Italy equipped entirely in order to satisfy all requirements a musician or producer has when it comes to the production of a record. The entire process – from the creative moment all the way until the mastering session – can be done in one location, without the need to seek services from outsiders and relying on Massive Arts’ knowledgeable staff for help and assistance. Massive Arts is also the home of the independent publishing company named Massive Arts Italy.

Mattanza
Dal 1997 i Mattanza lavorano per tradurre la cultura letteraria del Mediterraneo in musica, attraverso la ricerca e valorizzazione di testi antichi rielaborati con sonorità originali, in una perfetta fusione di tradizione e modernità, nella convinzione che «un popolo senza storia è come un albero senza radici: è destinato a morire». Il loro lavoro nasce dal desiderio di rinnovare il valore dei contenuti letterari delle poesie popolari, rivitalizzando una tradizione antichissima e dando così la possibilità alle nuove generazioni di avvicinarla e conoscerla. Il repertorio si traduce in un’importante raccolta antologica di canti popolari, che si distinguono in tre tipologie: le storie della tradizione classica popolare; le storie reperite come diretta testimonianza dagli anziani; le storie che Mimmo Martino, fondatore del gruppo, ha creato come varianti rispetto al medesimo modello narrativo. I testi sono in parte in forma cantata, in parte in forma dialogica e favolistica. Il linguaggio utilizzato è un’ibridazione di dialetto e italiano, una forma verbale immediata e nello stesso tempo sofisticata in quanto riesce ad imprimere drammatizzazione al parlato, funzionando come efficace rafforzamento dell’eloquio. Il repertorio musicale prevede l’uso di strumenti tipici: la fisarmonica, i tamburelli, la chitarra classica, la chitarra battente, la lira calabrese. Questi si intrecciano con il basso elettrico, la darabouka, il riqq, il duff arabi: il risultato è un perfetto connubio fra world music e tradizione popolare del Sud. La parte strumentale, finemente organizzata dagli arrangiamenti, svolge un ruolo di rilievo nell’introdurre in modo adeguato la voce, chiosando e talvolta intramezzando i brani. Dall’anno della fondazione, il gruppo si è esibito in oltre un migliaio di concerti in Italia e all’estero.

Media records was born by the end of 1987 from a Gianfranco Bortolotti idea, a label that was immediately well known thanks to Cappella and 49ers names that together with Club House created a strong connection ready to be the first in charts worldwide, forwarded by amazing successful artists, tracks and concepts such as Heartbeat, the first House label ever supervised by DJS. This concept will be repeated in 1995 with other music genres like Trance and Techno or with BXR, that imposed its sound upon all others world indipendent labels thanks to the collaboration with Mauro Picotto and Gigi D'Agostino. Milano Classica
Milano Classica festeggia nel 2018 i 25 anni dalla fondazione: un traguardo importante per una realtà che mira a conservare le preziose esperienze passate e a rinnovarsi per divenire un riferimento sempre più importante per il pubblico. Il luogo in cui i suoni di Milano Classica prendono vita è fra i più suggestivi di Milano: la meravigliosa Palazzina Liberty. Residenza principale di “Palazzina Liberty in Musica”, progetto promosso dal Comune di Milano, Milano Classica affianca alla propria attività l’organizzazione di una ricca serie di appuntamenti in cui vengono ospitate alcune tra le più attive realtà musicali del territorio. L’orchestra da camera è da sempre il cuore del progetto e rappresenta l’unico esempio di orchestra d’archi della città di Milano. Questa formazione trova un ampio repertorio tanto nel periodo barocco quanto nel romanticismo, nel novecento e nel “contemporaneo”. L’orchestra persegue con grande interesse l’approccio filologico, in particolare della musica del periodo barocco-classico. La stagione in corso, dedicata alla “Milano Fantastica”, annovera nomi come B. Canino, S. Azzolini, L. Prandina, L. Marzadori, P. Hantaï, e G. Bertagnolli. Ensemble in residence, giovani ma con un percorso già importante alle spalle, sono il Quartetto Indaco e Le Cameriste Ambrosiane. L’Orchestra Sinfonica vede nel 2018 la sua ufficializzazione con la partecipazione alla rassegna “Segni di Bellezza” nella Basilica di Sant’Eustorgio sotto la direzione musicale di Michele Brescia. L’ensemble dei “Solisti di Milano Classica”, composto dalle prime parti dell’orchestra, rappresenta una formazione agile di altissimo livello, adatta a tutte le situazioni nelle quali è richiesto un organico ridotto che possa trasmettere un messaggio di eccellenza. Ampio spazio viene dedicato ai progetti divulgativi per tutte le età: dai progetti YOUNG ed Educational, pensati per i giovani delle scuole primarie, alle lezioni e conversazioni-concerto rivolte al grande pubblico.

Apolitica e senza fini di lucro, l'Associazione Musicare di Nuoro, viene fondata nel 1998 allo scopo di diffondere la cultura della musica classica con particolare attenzione al repertorio originale per chitarra. In oltre 10 anni di attività si è imposta all'attenzione di professionisti e studenti per l'alta qualità delle manifestazioni organizzate con il patrocinio di enti pubblici (Ministero Beni Culturali, Regione Autonoma Sardegna, Provincia di Nuoro, Città di Nuoro) e privati. Tra le varie attività spiccano l'Agustin Barrios International Guitar Competition, la Rassegna di Concerti giunta alla sua undicesima edizione e i nuovi Musicare Guitar Courses per studenti.

nusica.org è un’associazione culturale senza scopo di lucro operante in Italia e all’estero; sua mission è la documentazione e la diffusione del jazz e, in generale, dell’espressione musicale contemporanea. A tal fine nusica.org si muove in diverse direzioni: è etichetta discografica, organizza rassegne e festival, realizza seminari e incontri didattici, produce tour di concerti. Due ensemble nati in seno agli atenei lavorano costantemente da diversi anni e sono capitanati rispettivamente da Alessandro Fedrigo e da Nicola Fazzini.
