The Social Protection Fund
The Social Protection Fund is the official entity responsible for launching all social protection initiatives and programs in the Sultanate of Oman. It is an entity with administrative and financial independence established by Royal Decree No.(33/2021). Its mission is to implement the provisions of the Social Protection Law and the relevant legislation, and to cooperate with the authorities dedicated for carrying out protection, empowerment, integration, welfare and support programs to ensure the availability of such programs to eligible categories. The fund aims to upscale the quality of life by providing social protection, and promote investment in society through social and economic policies and programs. The fund reviews the sustainability, efficiency, adequacy and fairness of the programs and policies. It also cross-checks whether such programs and policies achieve the national goals and objectives in relation to social protection by monitoring their sustainability, integrability, inclusiveness and stability in addition to their impact on the values of social partnership and their ability to preserve the rights of current and future generations.

Association Of Early Intervention For Children With Disability
The Association of Early Intervention is a non-profit charitable organization established in May 29, and relies on donations from the private sector, individuals, schools, government, Charity boxes, and small contributions from families of children. It is aimed at children with disabilities from birth until the age of nine, and addresses their rehabilitation, social and psychological needs, daily life skills and training. The aim being to enroll children in regular schools if possible or develop their skills, and help them adapt to their disabilities in various fields. As a result, ensuring a better quality of life for themselves and their families and integrate them into society. The Association of Early Intervention is the only association in the Sultanate of Oman that provides such services to children with disabilities from birth.

Bait Al Zubair Foundation
Bait Al Zubair is cultural foundation started initially with a private museum that opened its carved wooden doors to the public in 1998. It is funded by its founders, the Zubair family. In 2005 the family established the Bait Al Zubair Foundation as the cultural and social arm of the family-owned business, The Zubair Corporation. The Foundation manages the cultural space and develops projects relating to culture and heritage, the arts, the community, history and publishing. Bait al Zubair displays the family’s collection of Omani artefacts that spans a number of centuries, and is considered to be the finest that is privately owned. Its ethnographic artefacts reflect highly specialised inherited skills that define Oman’s society, both past and present. It is one of the country’s architectural icons and in was the proud recipient of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos’ Award for Architectural Excellence, the first time it was awarded in Oman. The complex consists of five separate buildings (Bait Al Bagh, Bait Al Dalaleel, Bait Al Oud, Bait Al Nahdhah and Gallery Sarah) as well as a garden with a number of traditional features, café and gift shop.

Oman is well known as the “paradise of geology”. The diverse and fascinating geology displayed on mountains, deserts, caves and wadis allows studying the details of both the continental and oceanic plates. The geology of Oman represents a history of more than 800 million years and resembles almost all the chapters of tectonic events and climatic conditions throughout the Earth’s history. In here, you can touch the Moho, which separates between the crust and the Mantle, and you can as well see the initiation and development of life in this wonderful planet. The geology of Oman has encouraged the existence and growth of a geologic community. Hence, the Geological Society of Oman was established in April 2001 as a vocational non-profitable society. The society aims at advancing the geological sciences in Oman and the development of its members through seminars, workshops and field trips.
