Our vertically integrated facility in Kavala, Greece, includes a sawmill, drying kiln, and automated nailing machines. We use only top-grade raw materials sourced from Greek pine and fir forests to manufacture pallets, wooden boxes and a wide range of custom wood packaging solutions. Assembly takes place at our state-of-the-art facilities in Aspropyrgos, Attica, and Kavala, using fully automated nailing systems that ensure consistency and precision. We also offer heat treatment services in compliance with ISPM15, a crucial standard for the export of wooden packaging materials outside the European Union. Using advanced design software such as PDS (Pallet Design System), SOLIDWORKS, and ANSYS, we provide fully customized pallet and wood packaging solutions tailored precisely to your logistics and transportation needs. There is also strong interest in our used pallet market, where we offer reliable, cost-effective, and environmentally conscious options.

Cartontec S.A establised at 1991, mainly activity of the company was the production of the indivitual pieces of carton boxes, bottles' seperators and palettes' seperators. On 2018, Cartontec S.A continues with the installation of a six-colored machine with the capability of printing in a gloss carton with the top layer varnished. Also installed an extra headstock in the main production line of carton witch will provide the capability of the production for a new kind of corrugaton cartboard type E-Flute. Mainly intention of the company is the constant dynamic presence in the packaging industry due to new investments for technological and mechanological equipment, new facilities and on an ongoing base of training for the staff. Always having as a main purpose the improvement of the quality for the producing products and customer service.
