Theatre Projects Manitoba
Theatre Projects Manitoba (TPM) is located in the heart of downtown Winnipeg on Treaty One Territory, and the homeland of the Métis Nation. Settlers and Indigenous people share this covenant and all are invited to enter into this agreement which sets out the rights, responsibilities and right relationships between our nations. Manitoba is a region of isolation, and for thousands of years, a meeting place. These lands also hold the territory of Treaties Two, Three, Four and Five and we gratefully acknowledge the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, Dene and Métis Peoples for their stewardship of the lands and waters that support and sustain life on these plains, forests, and tundra. We are grateful for all of the knowledge keepers, storytellers, artists and makers who host us on this land. In this place, the cities, villages, and Territories of Manitoba, TPM strives to create a point of synergy where art and community meet; generating artistic experiences that view this world through a passionate, fearless lens. The theatre we do is intimate, provocative, and artistically driven. It is our strong belief that professional theatre, created in partnership with a community and its artists, can inspire awe, wonder, and meaningful discourse. We all prosper when the community develops the artistry and compassion of its citizens by providing a forum for their stories. Our goal is to continue to build cultural narratives that speak to and for all the people in our community.

Un Et Un Font Mille
Un et un font mille (UEUFM) creates works and spaces for encounters that question our choices in order to bring forth renewed ways of inhabiting our individual and collective lives. Since 2017, we have been exploring the issue of aging from a multidisciplinary perspective. This period of research, development and creation has given rise, in the midst of the pandemic, to the birth of a community, the HABITATS movement, gathered and mobilized around this question: How do we want to inhabit our old age?

Under-Construction
Although officially incorporated in 1975, the theatrical contributions of Western Canada Theatre began approximately eight years prior to that time with, primarily, the instructional abilities of Tom Kerr. Through the efforts of committed volunteer Board members and dedicated, talented artists, Western Canada Theatre has developed into one of the largest producing theatres in British Columbia. The Mission Statement is the basis of the Artistic mandate of Western Canada Theatre and remains: Western Canada Theatre will provide the Kamloops regional community with challenging professional live theatre. The Company will entertain, educate, enrich, and interact with the cultural mosaic of its community. Western Canada Theatre will promote and assist the performing arts through the provision of educational, theatrical, and artistic opportunities and services, and through the management and operation of facilities. All of this will be accomplished with fiscal integrity. With this vision as our guide, Western Canada Theatre now produces a professional five play main stage season, a two play second stage series, and hosts one to two alternative pieces during the season; manages and maintains both the Pavilion Theatre, a 150 seat black box theatre, and the Sagebrush, a 700 seat proscenium theatre; and manages and operates a box office which provides ticketing services for both of the above-mentioned venues, as well as additional venues upon request. Western Canada Theatre continues to demonstrate fiscal responsibility and stability. There have been no major fluctuations in either our projected revenues or expenditures. We have a dedicated core of volunteers, both backstage and in our front of house. Western Canada Theatre is a member of the Professional Association of Canadian Theatres, and our staff participates in numerous committees locally, provincially, and nationally.

Corps Bruyants
