Camp Cue
Canada’s Ultimate Sleep-Away Musical Theatre Training Summer Camp experience!"Where great performers and the great outdoors meet." Camp Cue was founded on the idea that musical theatre doesn’t have to live within the confines of four walls. Distanced from day-to-day distractions, Camp Cue combines the experience of a pacific northwest sleep away camp with high-level musical theatre training from industry professionals in an accessible and exciting way, to inspire the next generation of young artists. What makes us unique? We are training focused. Our camp does away with an emphasis on final performance and allows campers to spend the week exploring their craft while being introduced to new ideas and concepts, a wide variety of materials and many different educators. We focus on the process and believe that the most artistic and personal growth comes when there is no emphasis on a final product. All of this, while having the ultimate pacific northwest experience!

Eyagi Productions
Eyagi Productions was conceived in 2019 when our Founder and Artistic Producer, YooRa Kang, had an idea to produce a musical cabaret."Dreams: a Cabaret" was born, and after an overwhelmingly positive response and sold out show, Eyagi Productions went on to produce a second cabaret as well as a concert version of Heathers: the Musical. The company was set to produce the World Premier of a bilingual production of Next to Normal as well as a very special production of The Last Five Years in 2020. but we all know what happened in 2020! During the hiatus, YooRa was working away on completing her program at Vancouver Film School. Here, she was introduced to a whole new medium of storytelling. While theatres shut down, and we were all hungry for live theatre, she was inspired to continue her passion for storytelling in mediums that were safe to explore. Now, she wishes to navigate both mediums of storytelling to bring rich, engaging, and diverse stories to Vancouver and beyond.

Neworld Theatre
Neworld Theatre creates, produces, and tours new plays, performance events and digital works. Our activities occur primarily on the unceded, traditional territories of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, extending across Turtle Island and beyond. Over our 25-year history, we have produced, presented and toured 5-8 works annually at festivals and theatres in over 40 cities and 10 countries worldwide. Our motto is ‘plays well with others’. Collaboration and working across perceptions of difference are central to our ethic and the way we work. Our programming responds to the creative interests of Neworld’s core artists and opportunities that emerge in relationship to other artists and organizations. This commitment to collaboration also drives the community-engaged programs we deliver and the multiple ways we work with peers in the creative sector to develop cultural infrastructure and sectoral capacity both in the city of Vancouver, and across the country. We are committed to centering stories and perspectives that seek to dismantle systems of oppression. Vital to this is an interrogation of whose stories are being told and who does the telling. We embrace the conflict we believe is inherent in any authentic consideration of power, privilege and access. We believe the creative tools and artistic processes of theatre are powerful ways of exploring who we are, our lived experiences, and offer practical modes for enacting change. This leads to intersectional collaboration, broadening access and deepening engagement. Our work is provoked by curiosity, asking difficult unanswerable questions and carries with it a real, true potential of failure. With this commitment to risk/failure comes a commitment to care. Humour, vulnerability and invention are key strategies we use to engage audiences.
