Norwegian Centre for New Playwriting (NCNP) is a national development- and resource center for new dramatic writing. Funded by the Cultural Ministry of Norway, the NCNP provides financial as well as artistic support through a number of programs. Works-in-progress are regularly presented on our two stages in various formats. Our services are tailored to the individual artist and project, and the NCNP aspires to serve as a meeting place and forum for artistic research and discourse within the field of contemporary drama.

Teater Vestland

Teater Vestland, tidlegare Sogn og Fjordane Teater, er eit nynorsk institusjonsteater lokalisert i Førde i Sunnfjord, og er eit regionteater med turnéverksemd i Vestland fylke. Teateret vart etablert i 1977 med namnet Sogn og Fjordane Teater, og var fram til 1980 allmøtestyrt og underlagt Riksteatret. I 2020 endra teateret namn til Teater Vestland i samband med ny regionreform. Teater Vestland er ein del av det nasjonale, kulturpolitiske målet om at alle i Noreg skal ha tilgang til scenekunst av høg kunstnarisk kvalitet. Teateret nyttar nynorsk som målform og vestnorsk som scenespråk, og var det andre nynorskteateret som vart etablert i Noreg. Teater Vestland (tidlegare Sogn og Fjordane Teater) er både eit produserande teater og eit turnéteater. Teateret produserer 5-7 premierer årleg, som har 15-25 framsyningar på turné per produksjon, i tillegg til gjestespel og samarbeidsproduksjonar. Årleg vert det presentert rundt 250 framsyningar og arrangement i regi av Teater Vestland. Dei siste åra har teateret hatt eit årleg besøkstal på ca Hausten 2023 flytta teateret inn i nytt teaterhusyn midt i Førde sentrum, Nynorskhuset, som er den største nynorskklynga i landet. Her er Teater Vestland, NRK Vestland og Firda samlokalisert. I første etasje er det 2 teatersalar, foaje og restaurant Røyst. Teater Vestland har 22 fast tilsette per 2023, fordelt på 29 årsverk. Av desse er det 2 fast tilsette skodespelarar. I tillegg engasjerer teateret rundt 80-100 frilansarar i året på dei ulike produksjonane. Teater Vestland er eit aksjeselskap. Eigarane er Vestland fylkeskommune (80%) og vertskommunen Sunnfjord kommune (20%), og har staten som største tilskotsytar.

Tekstlab

TekstLab - nye stemmer, historier og uttrykk - er et laboratorium for tekst og idéutvikling innen kunst & performance. TekstLab har siden 2008 vært et tilbud til kunstnere og ungdom som arbeider med scenetekstutvikling og performans. Intensjonen med prosjektet er å få frem nye stemmer ved å gi unge/ kunstnere mulighet til utvikle idéer, konsept, eller utkast til tekster gjennom prosessarbeid, Programmet har som mål å skape et åpent miljø for å eksperimentere og praktisk utvikle nye fortellinger, historier, scenetekster, og utrykk. Arbeidet er praktisk og foregår gjennom eksperimentering på gulvet og i samspill mellom tekst, fortellinger, lyd,språk, interkulturelle utrykk og fortellerform. Målet er å skape tverrfaglige prosesser som trekker på den brede kompetansen, erfaringene, språkene og uttrykkene som finnes hos kunstnerne som deltar i prosessen. TekstLab Unge Stemmer & Scratch startet i 2011 & årlig Scratch Festival- Glokale Stemmer i 2013

The Finnish-Norwegian Cultural Institute Finno

The Finnish-Norwegian Cultural Institute promotes cultural exchange between Finland and Norway. Our aim is to strengthen cooperation, dialogue and mobility between professional art and cultural practitioners in both countries. The institute is a network-creator and bridge-builder between a wide range of cultural entities. Events are always arranged in partnership with Norwegian and Finnish partners. Founded in 1997, the institute is based in Oslo, but has activities throughout Norway. The Finnish-Norwegian Cultural Institute is a member of the SKTI network – The Finnish Cultural and Academic Institutes – comprising 17 institutes located in different parts of the world. Kloden Teater

Kloden teater er et programmerende teater for scenekunsten og de unge i Oslo. Teatret presenterer norsk og internasjonal scenekunst av høy kvalitet for barn, ungdom og familier. I tillegg er Kloden teater et sted med scener og arbeidsrom som møter kunstnernes krav til standard, fleksibilitet og tilgjengelighet, et faglig knutepunkt for alle som arbeider med eller er interessert i scenekunst, med seminarer, verksteder, foredrag og debatter, et sted som samarbeider om turné og faglig utvikling med scener og andre i Norge og utlandet, og et sted der barn og ungdom kan utforske egne kunstneriske uttrykk i samarbeid med profesjonelle kunstnere. Stokke IL er et idrettslag med ca 1550 medlemmer. Her utøves fotball, ski, håndball, orientering, petanque, e-sport, volleyball, friidrett og turn. Klubben har et topp moderne skianlegg i Storås, med blant annet rulleskiløyper og snøproduksjon. Stokke Idrettspark inneholder to 11’er kunstgressbaner, to 11’er gressbaner, tennisbane, skatepark, basketballbane, 60m og lengdegrop med tartandekke og petanquebane. I idrettsparken ligger også Stokkehallen hvor håndball og turn holder til.

Studentteateret Immaturus

Studentteateret Immaturus er Norges største studentteater og den eneste studentorganisasjonen i Bergen dedikert til teater og scenekunst. Vårt hovedmål er å tilrettelegge for skaperglede og kunstnerisk utfoldelse. Vi gir studenter i Bergen muligheten til å utvikle seg innenfor et bredt tilbud av scenekunstrelaterte aktiviteter. Immaturus er en organisasjon som er åpen for alle, uansett erfaring. Sammen arrangerer vi ukentlige arrangementer og har ulike gruppetilbud og skaper i tillegg forestillinger av ulik størrelse.

Grusomhetens Teater

Theatre of Cruelty produced its first performance in collaboration with Trøndelag Theatre in 1989, and was established as a separate group in 1992. Since 2002 we have had our own stage in Hausmannsgt 34 which was established with support from the Norwegian Arts Council. The company has performed at festivals and stages in Japan, Russia, Turkey, Germany, Poland, England, Sweden, India and France. The company has in some of these places, in addtion to in Ireland and New York, also held workshops. Theatre of Cruelty make performances within the physical tradition and retrieves basic inspiration from Antonin Artaud’s vision of an anatomical theater. We create theater with the body’s own musicality, its breath and poetry, as the beginning for all actions. Artaud wanted to awaken the inherent life force that exists in nature and that the Western man seems to have forgotten. Theatre thus becomes a tool for real life. We do not seek to reproduce realistic reality so it can be recognized, but to tell of the core of life inherent in every genuine experience. Although based on a dramatic work or a literary text, the written word does not have a pivotal role and is often lost in the overall stage picture. Artistic director and founder is Lars Øyno.

Improteater.no har siden 2004 holdt kurs i improvisasjonsteater for privatpersoner, bedrifter, organisasjoner og teatergrupper. Helgekurs og sommerkurs blir holdt på Oslo Teatersenter. Bedriftskursene i improteater har hovedfokus på teambygging, samarbeid, innlevelse, formidling eller kommunikasjon. Ingunn Andreassen står bak Improteater.no.
