L'ufficio tecnico interno offre il servizio di co-design affiancando il cliente nell’ingegnerizzazione delle proprie idee valutando insieme ogni aspetto. Definite le linee estetiche e i materiali dei vari prodotti, si passa alla fase di progettazione degli stampi assistita, dove necessario, da software di simulazione del riempimento. L′officina costruzione stampi, raccordo tra la progettazione e lo stampaggio, si compone di centri di lavorazione a controllo numerico e macchine per elettroerosione, oltre alle macchine standard delle attrezzerie stampi. Oltre alla costruzione dei nuovi stampi, si occupa anche, tempestivamente, della manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria degli stampi in deposito in Crea. Il reparto di stampaggio è composto da una serie di presse orizzontali a iniezione di tonnellaggio compreso tra 40 e 700 t, sia oleodinamiche che elettriche. Upon request we can develop customized compounds suitable to a wide variety of uses: low temperatures, aggressive environments and high-wear applications are just example of the engineering fields where we troubleshooted by using the right compound.
