De la commodité à la résine d’ingénierie, VIF a l’expertise et la capacité de concrétiser vos idées, vos produits. Notre parc de 22 presses à injection nous permet d’effectuer une grande variété de produits. La majorité de nos presses, qui couvrent la plage de 40 à 2 tonnes de fermeture, sont de marque Engel,Nissei ou Negri Bossi. Avec ces presses, nous moulons des pièces qui pèsent une fraction d’un gramme jusqu’à 10 kilogrammes, et ce dans toute la gamme des résines. Depuis trois ans, nous procédons à la robotisation et à l’automatisation de nos opérations. Cinq cellules robotisées sont en fonction. Des robots 6 axes Fanuc sont interfacés à nos presses à injections. Certaines cellules sont destinées au surmoulage plastique-plastique pour les applications dites « soft touch », alors que d'autres cellules permettent le moulage conventionnel avec opérations secondaires robotisées ou encore le surmoulage plastique-métal.
