Lead Monrovia Football Academy
LEAD Monrovia Football Academy empowers Liberia's future leaders through quality education and sport. The academy provides Liberia's brightest and most talented boys and girls with high-quality education, elite sport training, good nutrition, healthcare, life skills, and pastoral care. Since opening in 2015, the academy has grown from 27 students in one academic class to 161 students, ages 8-18, in grades 4-12. At capacity, we will have 250 student-athletes from all 15 counties of Liberia. The academy operates out of its residential campus in Careysburg, Liberia. It is a member of LEAD Edu's global network of leadership academies. LEAD Monrovia Football Academy is registered as an international NGO with the Liberian Business Registry. The Academy has been accredited by the Liberia Football Association, as well as the Ministries of Education, Gender, Finance and Youth & Sports in Liberia. TRIBE is a nonprofit design, strategy, and implementation company improving learning outcomes, facilitating workforce development and building entrepreneurial ecosystems. TRIBE builds events, campaigns, projects, and social impact initiatives from conceptualization to execution and reporting. A 2021 Acumen Academy investee, TRIBE has conducted a study and designed a multi-stakeholder national youth employment taskforce model and is pioneering the integration of formal entrepreneurship education into Liberian high schools.

Damiefa School
Damiefa School is located in Dabwe Town, Gardnersville, Liberia. We are about 15 minutes' walking distance from Dry Rice Market and Barnersville Estate. We are a private school providing high-quality, affordable education to about 400 students, from nursery through secondary school (Grade 9). We follow the Ministry of Education's national curriculum and have added various activities- a Reading comprehension programme, designed by American and Liberian educators (Liberia Reads!)- an Art education programme, designed by European educators in collaboration with our team in Liberia - digital skills & computer literacy - an after-school social & educational programme (Social Clubs)- access to the library and computer lab hosted by Mineke Foundation (Resource Center)- a student agriculture programme Damiefa School was founded in 1982 by Dabwe Wiah and his Dutch wife, Mineke. Mineke was abducted by Charles Taylor's NPFL rebels during the Liberian civil war and remains missing.
