JCET is a unit of the Jagiellonian University, designed to develop experimental pharmacotherapy of lifestyle diseases and endothelium-targeted therapeutics in particular, as well as to develop the collaboration with industry partners in this field. The major goal of JCET activity and its interdisciplinary research is to develop novel endothelium-targeted therapeutics. Magneto
Magneto Ltd. has been founded in 2006 and is a modern manufacturer of magnetic cores and protective expansion layer. Its strength lies in successful implementation of the proprietary research development and technological achievements connected to the production of magnetic cores, wound cores and stacked magnetic cores made of electrical sheets (used e.g. in medium voltage measuring transformers), and their protection against degradation as result of the external mechanical stresses. We are proud of our accomplishments in the development and production of functional characteristics of magnetic circuits made of amorphous and nanocrystalline tapes. Particularly noteworthy is the research and production achievements related to the use of packaged nanocrystalline cores in power electronics, weighing up to several dozen kilograms and subjected to specialized thermomagnetic processing. Thanks to our own tool department, we also offer modern solutions in the field of induction heating, using Fluxtrol® magnetic field concentrators, which result in a shortened production process and significant savings in electricity. The establishment of the Magnetic Research Center in 2012 enabled significant expansion of the implementation solutions span, both our own and those provided by clients. Magneto Ltd. employs approximately 20 people with the highest qualifications, including two professor and several PhD titled colleagues in technical sciences.

Ustalamy stężenia preparatów do mycia i dezynfekcji stosowanych w systemach CIP i jako sprey. Oceniamy efektywność na powierzchniach porowatych i nieporowatych. Rejestrujemy kosmetyki po wykonaniu kompleksowych badań czystości mikrobiologicznej, testów obciążeniowych (PN EN ISO 11930), badań aplikacyjnych i dermatologicznych. Sprawdzamy ochronę mikrobiologiczną produktów i materiałów wobec bakterii, grzybów, glonów. Badamy powłoki antybakteryjne zawierające srebro oraz przeciwgrzybicze i antybakteryjne farby przeznaczone są do zastosowań specjalnych, narażonych na działanie wilgoci. Wyznaczamy trwałość produktu i termin przydatności. Oceniamy skuteczność konserwacji produktów in can z zastosowaniem małego i dużego obciążenia szczepami (metody ASTM D2574). Prowadzimy badania aplikacyjne odporności materiałów budowlanych wobec trzech różnych gatunków glonów. Prowadzimy ocenę odporności folii na działanie glonów i tworzenie porostów biologicznych (ASTM G29). W naszej ofercie znajdują się badania odporności mikrobiologicznej tworzyw sztucznych, folii, silikonów (ISO 22196, JIS Z 2801:2010), materiałów izolacyjnych i okładzin- ASTM C1338 oraz materiałów papierniczych (ASTM D2020). Prowadzimy ocenę wykończenia antybakteryjnego na materiałach włókienniczych i tekstyliach-AATCC 100, PN EN ISO 20645. Nasze badania obejmują również ocenę grzybostatycznego zabezpieczenia materiałów elektronicznych (PN EN ISO 846). Ocenie poddajemy skuteczność konserwacji powłok drewna wobec grzybów powodujących siniznę w warunkach laboratoryjnych i polowych. Continuous and dynamic development of medical and technical sciences as well as the increase of patients' awareness are an important reason for the changes taking place in the world of dental implants. The popularity of ceramic-based implants has been growing steadily. They may not yet be ideal, but they are gaining more and more supporters both among dental implantologists and dental patients.
