La trattoria Er Pipa è un piccolo ristorante rusticale dove potrete gustare deliziose specialità locali e non. Il nostro menù vi porterà attraverso i sapori nostrani del Ticino e quelli un po’ più mediterranei della cucina Abruzzese. Inoltre, a dipendenza della stagione e della disponibilità, il nostro cuoco Luca vi preparerà piatti stagionali che non lasceranno alcun palato insaziato. La sala principale ha una decina di tavoli e può accomodare fino a 40 persone. All’esterno, sotto la bella pergola trovano posto altre 40 persone. È qui che, durante i mesi caldi, si incontrano la più parte dei locali che dopo il lavoro o nella pausa pranzo passano a gustare un espresso. Filosofia In un ambiente semplice e rusticale offriamo della buona cucina casalinga a dei prezzi moderati. Le nostre specialità includono salametti e formaggini nostrani, carne rossa alla griglia in estate (e durante tutto l’anno), specialità di cacciagione in autunno, asparagi, aglio orsino,… in primavera, e dei fantastici piatti di pasta fresca fatta in casa e risotti tutto l’anno. La nostra filosofia è di collaborare sopratutto con produttori locali, km 0 e bio, diamo spazio alle piccole aziende della regione e valorizziamo i loro prodotti nella nostra cucina. Preferiamo lavorare con una carta non eccessiva, per poter proporre sempre pietanze freschissime e al passo con le stagioni, producendo sempre tutto giornalmente! Il nostro team di cucina cerca di preparare tutto ciò che può in casa…dalle marmellate per le crostate, salsa e concentrati di pomodoro, pesti, brodi,…insomma…tutto ciò che possiamo produrre noi…lo facciamo! Inoltre, proponiamo ottimi salumi(alcuni prodotti da noi) e stuzzichini per dare l’opportunità di mangiare qualcosa di rapido mentre si discute bevendo un aperitivo o mentre si attendono le pietanze calde servite dalla cucina.
