Our team provides students with a dynamic, hands-on experience in STEM and business operations through the challenge of designing, building, and programming a robot for competition. Guided by dedicated mentors and coaches, we empower students to gain real-world skills in engineering, programming, project management, and teamwork. Students take on leadership roles in technical and non-technical areas alike, including marketing, fundraising, and community outreach, preparing them for future careers in STEM and beyond. Our mission is to foster curiosity, innovation, and resilience, embodying FIRST’s core values of Gracious Professionalism and Coopertition. Gael Force Robotics is a student-run robotics club at Dublin High School, and is currently the largest and fastest growing STEM club in the school. Most incoming members of the club begin in the Development Academy, where they’re taught the basics of robot building and programming before being promoted to a competition team member on one of the six competition teams. Competing at a regional and state level throughout the season, at the end of every year, multiple GFR teams are able to qualify and participate in the VEX Robotics World Championships, in the past having ranked amongst the top 100 in over teams from around the world.
