De Vries Scheepsbouw Makkum
De Vries first opened the doors of the yard in Aalsmeer in 1906 and today is solely dedicated to custom-built superyachts. Client wishes are at the forefront of the process and the experienced after sales department ensure this relationship continues long after delivery. Some 375 highly skilled craftsmen launch an average of three superyachts per year, each up to 100m in length. The yard in Makkum was added to the company in 2005. The workforce grew from 70 to 250 people over the years. Accommodating builds of up to 120-metres in length, the yard also oversees refits and Feadship maintenance. In house disciplines at both yards include steel, aluminum, interior and exterior joinery, mechanical engineering and paintwork. Next to the two outfitting yards, the De Vries Group includes various subsidiaries with locations all over the Netherlands. Dutch Steel Works

Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in snijpakketten voor scheeps- en constructiebouw. Dutch Steel Works is onderdeel van de Neptune Groep, maar opereert sinds 2009 als zelfstandig staalsnijbedrijf. Optimaal productie proces, korte levertijd en passende aantrekkelijke prijzen zijn begrippen die aansluiten bij onze onderneming. Wij kunnen 24/7 produceren en zijn in staat kleine opdrachten in het lopende productieproces te voegen. Elke vorm die u nodig heeft wordt op vakkundige wijze uit staalplaat materiaal gesneden. We kunnen op de plasmamachine platen verwerken met een dikte van 2 tot en met 50 millimeter. De diverse voorraad plaatmaterialen zijn voorzien van een 3.2 certificaten en deze kunnen een maximale afmeting hebben van 12.300 bij millimeter. Onze plasmamachine heeft de mogelijkheid om schuin te snijden tot 45 graden. Tevens hebben wij een geringe hoeveelheid plaat materiaal Grade A in de sigma op voorraad. Dit kunnen wij per direct in zetten waardoor op korte termijn aan vragen kan worden voldaan. In overleg met de opdrachtgevers zijn wij in staat grote projecten te verwerken volgens de klant gevraagde planning en inkoop en uitlevering conform afgesproken data. Een grote diversiteit van materialen, werken en projecten is voor ons gewoon. Dutch Steel Works is een toeleverancier van hoogwaardig kwalitatief snijwerk.

Kenco
Na een succesvolle carrière bij Electronautic, richtte Peter Kendjian Kenco op in 1995 als “Kenco Maritieme Elektronica”. Vanaf het begin in 1995 verzorgt Kenco elektrische en elektronische installaties op schepen tot 30 m. lengte. Van tijd tot tijd bedient Kenco ook kustvaartklanten met schepen van meer dan 100 m. lengte. Onze opdrachtgevers zijn meestal professionele bedrijven, zoals rederijen, scheepswerven, havens en servicebedrijven. Sporadisch bedienen we ook particuliere opdrachtgevers. Sinds de oprichting heeft Kenco vele opdrachtgevers bediend in binnen- en buitenland en in heel diverse projecten. Vanaf begin 2019 zetten Peter en Frank samen de schouders onder Kenco. Daardoor groeide Kenco zeer sterk. Ook op veel andere vlakken werd aanmerkelijke vooruitgang geboekt. 2019 markeerde het eerste jaar van het plan om Kenco significant te laten groeien naar een bedrijf dat permanent 25 medewerkers aan het werk heeft. De in 2019 gestarte sterke groei zette zicht voort in 2020: ondanks de Corona-perikelen groeide de omzet en de aantallen klanten en projecten verder door. Wij mogen terugkijken op een mooi 2020, met opnieuw een mooie stap in onze ontwikkelingen. Kenco is dè specialist op het gebied van elektrische en hybride voortstuwing met grotere vermogens. Het gaat hier om beroepsmatig gebruikte schepen met een benodigd vermogen van minstens 50kW tot 600kW. Dergelijke voortstuwingssystemen draaien dan op accupakketten vanaf 144V. Naast de levering, montage, aansluiting en in bedrijf stellen van dergelijke voortstuwingsoplossingen, kan Kenco ook de engineeringkant voor haar rekening nemen. Ook kan Kenco project management van dergelijke projecten verzorgen, ook voor projecten waar meerdere partijen bij betrokken zijn, zoals bijv. scheepswerven, timmerbedrijven, enz. Daarnaast is Kenco dè specialist voor het ombouwen van recreatieve boten en schepen met een diesel- of benzinemotor naar volledig elektrische of hybride voortstuwing.
