A Social MarketPlace is a revolutionary new business concept and IT technology developed SPORT Social MarketPlaces Holding Ltd (“SPORT SMP”) is a group of companies set up in October 2020 that specialised in creating and developing a family of projects/companies for the sports industry on a global scale. As a general concept, the the group developed a very complex online environment where the business model starts from buyers' motivation in the online space. There are just two motivations: one is NEED and the other one is PASSION. Technically, we use advanced proprietary software technologies to convert buyers' passion for something (object, being, hobby) into e-commerce transactions using their willingness to socialize on their passion (people cannot socialize on a specific need, they communicate, eventually). Therefore, the Social MarketPlace technology concept is an online Platform combining two features:(i) a Social Network and (ii) a MarketPlace. The social network looks like the generalist SM networks (such as Facebook) having most of the facilities; for instance: user profile, timeline, content (text, picture, video upload), like, share, message, groups, and so on. In the football division, we are building Social MarketPlaces for the fans of the top football clubs in the world (whose supporters do not overlap) to convert their love for the team into traffic in the social network then purchases in the marketplace all kinds of goods (their regular online purchases, even daily acquisitions).
