Situé aux portes de Montpellier, au cœur du Languedoc, Le Cellier du Pic regroupe près de 100 vignerons qui partagent tous la même passion pour leur métier et s’attellent au quotidien à façonner un vignoble d’environ 700 hectares afin de mettre en lumière la typicité de chaque cépage, qu’ils soient traditionnels de la région ou plus atypiques. Domaine D'ardhuy
La conduite du Domaine d’Ardhuy nécessite un savoir-faire qui va du vignoble jusqu’à la mise en bouteille maîtrisée par nos artisans vignerons sur l’ensemble de nos 125 parcelles et 45 appellations. C’est un travail quotidien, saisonnier (travail du sol, taille, évasivage, rognage, vendange…) qui est effectué, pour permettre à nos parcelles de produire de beaux raisins sur deux cépages : Pinot Noir et Chardonnay. Les vendanges de Août-Septembre récompensent le travail patient et rigoureux de nos équipes en récoltant le raisin exclusivement à la main comme cela se fait en Bourgogne. Depuis le millésime 2017 notre Œnologue et Régisseur, Vincent, mène avec ses équipes la vinification qu’il traite avec une grande maîtrise : de la finesse et de l’élégance, un boisé maîtrisé, l’harmonie entre la puissance et la tension tout en respectant l’équilibre du vin, en recherchant le côté frais, pur et tendu et en gardant la notion de l’originalité du terroir d’où proviennent les raisins.

Domaine La Louviere
The name Domaine La Louviere is inseparably associated with the wolf. And it means "winery of the wolfs". In days of old, wolves gathered on the foothills of the Pyrenees to watch the countryside and pick up the scent for the hunt. The vineyards of the Domaine now cover these gathering sites for wolves - the «Louviere». We are located between the foothills of the Pyrenean mountain range, 45 minutes southeast of Toulouse and about 30km southwest of the imposing fortress town of Carcassonne in the AOC Malepère. A unique microclimate characterises this harsh and original landscape: alternately pampered by the warm breeze of the Mediterranean and tested by the cool influence of the Atlantic and the Pyrenees, the grapes ripen in climatic tension. Each of the wines from Domaine is unique. Nevertheless, as in all packs, our wolves have a hierarchy. Our male wines represent classic temptation, while the feminine ones stand for sustainable temptation. Our range is led by a ruling pair of first-class wines that promise exclusive pleasure. We are a certified organic winery. To our organically grown grapes, we add our decade-long winemaking know-how and all our passion and make for you the best quality wines. Sarl Joel Delaunay
Our estate Joël Delaunay is located in the heart of the Loire Valley, near the Castle of Chenonceau, in the village of Pouillé (41). Five generations have succeeded to build the estate in its current state. Our family estate have 37 hectares in sustainable culture and 3 hectares, since 2010, in organic culture. We produce wine in Touraine and Touraine Chenonceaux appellations. The Sauvignon blanc is the main grape variety of our vineyard (2/3), but we also have some Gamay, Cabernet franc, Pineau Aunis and Malbec. Thierry Delaunay, Joël's son, was quickly interested in the vinification of the Sauvignon Blanc. This internationally known grape variety demands a high technical level and rigour to fully express its fresh and fruity flavor. That’s why he has created the range Thierry Delaunay Signature in order to produce easy-drinking wine for challenging and modern consumers.

Vignobles Gonfrier
Depuis plus d'un demi-siècle, les Vignobles Gonfrier se sont progressivement agrandis le long de la vallée de la Garonne. Très attachées à ces terroirs perchés sur les coteaux ensoleillés argilo-graveleux et argilo-calcaires face à la Garonne, les trois générations de la famille exploitent 22 propriétés sur 850 hectares dont 200 hectares certifiés en agriculture biologique. 550 hectares de raisins supplémentaires, rigoureusement sélectionnés, sont achetés à des viticulteurs partenaires voisins et vinifiés dans Les Chais de Rions (LCDR), autre site historique des Vignobles Gonfrier, créé en 1997. Ces vignobles font l’objet d’un suivi parcellaire tout au long de l’année par l’équipe technique des Vignobles Gonfrier, selon un cahier des charges très exigeant. L'ensemble des Vignobles Gonfrier est engagé dans une démarche de Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises (RSE) et nous sommes évalués comme une entreprise performante en matière de RSE par Ecovadis, à travers les 4 piliers : Environnement, Social et Droit de l’Homme Ethique, Achats responsables.

Since 1905, the Descombe family has been building its history in the heart of Beaujolais, at the foot of Mont Brouilly. Five generations later the Descombe have expanded their reach further North to Chablis. They adopt agroecological methods in their Depuis 1905, la famille Descombe a construit son histoire en plein coeur du Beaujolais, au pied du Mont Brouilly.
