Shano Family Winery
Shano’s Family Winery was founded in 2015. Nestled in Martkopi, just 25 km from Tbilisi, the winery overlooks its 650 sqm vineyard, which boasts 372 Budeshuri Saperavi vines. This close proximity allows for meticulous attention to detail and the practice of regenerative viticulture. Wine production began in 2019 with Budeshuri Saperavi, aged a year in Qvevri. By 2023, we expanded to include Budeshuri Saperavi Rosé, Kisi, and Khikhvi wines, all crafted using traditional methods. Prioritizing quality over quantity, the winery limits production to 500-600 bottles per variety annually, ensuring each bottle meets the highest standards.

Kvareli Wine Cave Ყვარლის Ღვინის Გვირაბი
Kvareli Wine Cave is a unique wine-tourism destination in Georgia’s Kakheti region, operated by Winery Khareba. The 7.7-km underground tunnel network, carved into the Caucasus Mountains, was built in 1962 to store the Soviet Union’s finest wines, with a capacity of 20 million liters. In 2006, Khareba Winery began transforming the site, and today it serves both as a wine-aging cellar and a wine-tourism venue, offering wine tastings, culinary and cultural masterclasses, traditional Georgian food, and scenic restaurant views over the Alazani Valley. Visitors can explore winemaking history, participate in harvest activities, and enjoy authentic Georgian traditions.
