I am a Mechanical Engineer and Product Manager with a M.S. in Engineering and formidable success leading R&D, engineering, technical, and support teams to deliver optimal product development solutions for challenging business and customer requirements. Strengths include empowering engineers to provide solutions for mechanical and electrical systems with an ability to engineer, assemble, and integrate prototype mechanical systems, into high quality manufacturable products while working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. I am especially proud of the achievements produced by designing, building and delivering a new capital equipment product, as the exclusive engineer supporting scientists for a startup company. I assembled a complete CVD product from concept through delivery within a tight dead line. This accomplishment substantially improved the company’s revenue generation capabilities. As a Systems Engineer I supported NextGen semiconductor processing for the North American sales and field engineering arm of the world's second-largest supplier of semiconductor production equipment. I ran experiments with product development, improved proposed designs, performed FEA analysis and helped transform concepts into viable designs, improved functionality and reduced costs. After starting my career as an intern for a leading manufacturer of HVAC accessories and equipment for companies such as Carrier, Trane, American Standard, and York I received a full time Mechanical Engineering job offer. I designed and programed software, diagnosed CNC machine issues and delivered technical and field support for the company with revenue of more than $100 Million.
