About A. J. Mada

I am an experienced results driver passionate for diversity, equity and inclusion within our work forces and community. I have the uncanny ability to navigate complex corporate structures to define the scope of a project and focus on making the quickest and biggest impact, while making sure not to waste time on items that don't drive the business. My colleagues love to see me on a project because they know I've put in the time up front to know how the main drivers of the project impact their business. While completing my MBA, I had the opportunity to lead various diversity initiatives for the business school that have led to tangible and systemic changes. I have continued that work within the corporate and higher education environments to help create the culture change that is so desperately needed. I am relentlessly driven to exceed expectations and am the type of leader who doesn't have tolerance for under performance. When the pressure is on, teammates look to me in order to get us over the line.
