I hold the belief that anybody can feel confident and empowered while using products if the experience is crafted with human-inclusive intent. Hi! I am a customer experience (CX > UX) professional with roughly 20yrs experience. While I now lead others who create much of these experiences, my passion remains the same. I strive to decrease people's frustrations and to fully embrace the "Experience" that can be had with products. The end goal? Products that just make sense, get the job done, and bring a smile whenever possible.
