Hey there, I'm Aadam. As an IT Team Leader at Ark Schools since December 2022, I've spearheaded a 9-member team across 6 schools, ensuring top-notch adherence to Ark's IT service standards. My expertise lies in effective team management, quality control, and fostering team member development through mentoring and performance reviews. I'm adept at IT asset management, training provision, and ensuring high-quality IT service delivery with a focus on operational excellence.Previously at Harris Federation, I advanced from ICT Technician to IT Service Manager, demonstrating my ability in first and second line support, project and customer relationship management, team performance analysis, and strategic change implementation. My technical skills include managing MDM solutions like Microsoft InTune and Cisco Meraki, handling a diverse range of software and hardware, and active involvement in critical federation projects.I hold A-levels from Woolwich Polytechnic and am currently pursuing my CCNA certification. My technical skills are extensive, encompassing various operating systems, network security principles, and cloud service management.
