With 10+ years of experience across customer service, collections, sales, and quality assurance, I’ve played a hands-on role in supporting diverse touchpoints of the customer lifecycle. From voice coaching and soft skills training to floor-level quality audits and feedback delivery, my journey has been about elevating performance and ensuring customer-first communication. Having worked with BPOs and global clients, I bring a deep understanding of call handling, customer sentiment, and process adherence. My work responsibilities allowed me to mentor frontline teams, conduct refresher sessions, drive TNI/TNA-based inputs, and contribute to internal quality benchmarks.
