Hospitality is my passion and I love working in a dynamic and diverse environment. As a Front Office Executive at Strand Palace Hotel, one of the most iconic hotels in Central London, I provide quality customer service to guests from different backgrounds and cultures. I handle check-in and check-out procedures, process payments, answer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. I have a Master's degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from Sheffield Hallam University, where I gained knowledge and skills in various aspects of the hospitality industry, such as marketing, finance, human resources, and sustainability. I also have a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Pune University, where I learned the fundamentals of international business, global trade and e-commerce. Additionally, I have multiple certifications in Hotel reservations, Leadership communication, and Photography. I have experience in leading and participating in wildlife tours in India, where I demonstrated my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. I learned, retained and presented a large amount of information to keep the guests engaged as we navigate through the jungles. I also have experience in working as a Food and Beverage Assistant at some of the biggest football club stadiums and racecourses in Yorkshire, where I delivered excellent customer service and prepared beverages for customers according to their preferences.
