I was always a talkative child, which made it easier for me to get along with new people I meet. And my fondness for people led me to pursue a career in teaching, building the youth early on and getting them ready to lead the world to a whole new horizon with infinite possibilities. However, life has its own way of teaching us new things, and it brought me to the recruitment industry.Now, I’m the proud bridge between talent and possibilities. The dream remains the same. But the path, Different!Advertising job opportunities to Professionals is a walk in the park thanks to my education in Business Administration specializing in Marketing. Researching and analyzing job opportunities and matching Professionals to the right ones is just another perfect marketing campaign.I work closely with professionals from initial sourcing, through the onboarding process, till the commencement of the contract or career. Following sourcing best practices and even experimenting with new techniques and approaches to then evaluate and improve it. Making use of job portals which include, but are not limited to Dice, Career Builder, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn to connect with professionals via job posting, direct contact, or through references. Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat/Nitro PDF, and other tools for day-to-day tracking and documenting for smooth operation and archiving.Outside of my work, I keep my passion for hiking well and alive. The feeling of being one with nature is a feeling that never fails to excite. Up the mountains, through the valleys, and along the flowing streams I find pleasure and peace by witnessing the wonders of nature and meeting new people along the way, learning their culture.In a nutshell, Recruitment Professional, on a mission to PRomote-EXpand-ELevate people by connecting them with the right opportunity at the right time.
