I am a part of the PwC-Financial Services Risk Advisory practice based out of Mumbai. I have been involved in all stages of the audit lifecycle including audit planning, risk assessment, execution and closure. As a part of my role, I have conducted Internal audit and Internal Financial Control (IFC/ICOFR) review for NBFC's, Investment companies, Capital Market & Broking companies and Housing Finance companies. Developed SOX framework and conducted SOX compliance audit & assessment for NBFC. Conducted compliance review for Digital Payment Services company. Conducted policy/procedures review & developed procedures, policies and RCM for a financial services group. Conducted statutory and concurrent audit of public sector banks, process review for a leading international bank. Conducted finance & accounts review and regulatory review for financial institutions.
