I have been working in this field for two years, and I have a degree from PCTE, where I studied compliance management and customer experience. I have developed skills in compliance management, customer experience, risk assessment, audit, and reporting, and I have contributed to multiple projects that improved the compliance performance and customer satisfaction of our clients.
