As a Team leader in plastic manufacture & control at NELMAR Security Packaging Systems, I apply my extensive knowledge and experience in blown film extrusion, plastic engineering, and quality control to ensure the production of high-quality security packaging products. I have been working in this role since Oct 2018, and have successfully handled multiple projects, trained new joiners, and learned new skills. With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Amity University, a Postgraduate Degree in Petroleum Technology/Technician from Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET), and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from SACRED HEART DEGREE COLLEGE, NAIPALPUR, I have a strong academic background that complements my practical skills. I am a resourceful and reliable professional with extraordinary troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, high analytical and operational skills, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
