Nowadays rewriting the old rules as the skills gap is real, but so are our outdated hiring methods. working hard towards minimising the gap of recruitment industry. I am a Product & Technology recruiter and an extremely passionate one. A detailed, driven individual who have the ability to handle and resolve business challenges rapidly. Learning & analysing small zig-zag motion of recruitment as It is hard for leaders to succeed when they face situations that require a variety of decisions and responses. That's because good leadership isn't a one-size-fits-all proposition- Need to learn a lot from everyone and everything. I’m a talent hunter, all day, every day, connecting great talent with amazing opportunities. Aside from the goal of finding top talent, as a recruiter, I pride myself on creating an excellent candidate experience. I would describe myself as a thinker and a doer - always trying to find possible solutions to business problems. This can be attributed to my exposure to consulting in the early part of my career. I also loves building Great Teams - ideas, concepts, processes or plans. An experience that spans Technology and now Recruitment.
