I am a hardworking entry-level technical writer with 2.5 years of experience. During my 2nd year in college, I started looking for career options where I could use my skills and strengths. My Aunt introduced me to technical writing and the "writing" part immediately caught my attention. I've had a knack for writing since I was a teenager. I love writing journals and random poems. I talked to people and searched on the internet to know more about technical writing and see if it fits my capabilities and aspirations. After doing proper research I realized that with good training I could do this, and make a difference through constant training and development. I did a technical writing certification course from TechnoKraft, Bangalore to get my fundamentals strong. After completing my course I got the job of Documentation Analyst 1 at NextGen Healthcare Inc. As a Documentation Analyst 1, I have: • Worked on user guides, online help, and release notes, and ensured that they don’t have any information gaps and align with the organization style. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams, such as developers, product managers, and quality engineers, to get information about the features and workflow of the application. • Used product to understand the behavior of its features and to validate the content. • Created documentation plans and provided time estimates for my tasks. • Participated in planning meetings and scrum meetings My strongest skill is my creativity. I am a people person and a conversationalist, and these traits help me collaborate with cross-functional team members and gather information.
