Background

About Aakriti Mathur

A highly motivated & positive individual with a zeal for working hard and a strong belief in fostering communities. I recently finished my second master's degree, MSc in Organizational Psychology, from the Leeds University Business School, receiving a distinction in my dissertation, and currently working as a Digital Education Officer within the Engagement and Communication team of Digital Education Service of the University of Leeds. I've also worked as a Link to Leeds ambassador for the university for the past year. My previous experience also includes working as a client associate, at an Employee Engagement firm in Mumbai, India, closely working with C-suite executives and Human Resources personnel across different industries. During my tenure at my previous employment, I was constantly executing solutions for top executives by understanding and anticipating their needs and iterating the same within my team. This helped me build multiple skills such as being adept at clear written and verbal communication, time management, teamwork, planning and strategizing and helped me attain leadership qualities. I am looking forward to working with passion-driven and environmentally conscious organisations within the Organizational Psychology field where I can leverage my diverse skillset and utilise my abilities to the fullest.
