I am the Head of Product at INCYT (LX Group), responsible for product strategy and end-to-end delivery across devices and software for IoT products in AgTech and industrial applications.I lead product direction from vision and roadmap definition through to delivery and long-term product performance, working closely with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and customer teams to ensure strategy translates into outcomes in the real world.With over nine years of experience spanning embedded systems engineering and product leadership, I bring a strong systems perspective to product decision-making. I focus on defining clear product direction, prioritisation, and trade-offs that balance customer value, technical constraints, and commercial goals across complex hardware-software platforms.At INCYT, I partner cross-functionally to guide product execution where complexity spans teams and domains. My role centres on ownership, prioritisation, and decision-making — ensuring alignment across devices and software while driving continuous product improvement and reliability at scale.I hold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wollongong, specialising in Embedded Systems and Product Development, and have prior experience in automotive active safety systems.
