About Aaliyah Hackshaw

As the Finance Director at ABLE Community Based Services, I lead all audit and tax functions. I manage and provide ongoing training to our accounting personnel. I conduct monthly and annual financial assessments and generate reports to submit to the CEO and Board of Director. I establish budgets for all departments and ensure the programs are on track financially. I also develop quarterly and annual projections and plans for the organization. As a Human Resources Director at ABLE Community Based Services, I lead and support the HR functions for a team of around 100 employees across multiple locations. I have over three years of work experience in HR and training, including a previous role as a Corporate Trainer at NTT DATA Services. I have developed and delivered various training programs, such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and performance management. I am skilled in HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, and retention. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work culture, where everyone can thrive and grow. I hold a SHRM-CP certification and a BS in Psychology. I'm currently working on a Business Administration -Financial Planning & Analysis MBA. I am motivated by ABLE's mission to provide quality and compassionate services to individuals and families in need. I am always eager to learn new skills and collaborate with others to achieve our shared goals.
