About Aaliyah Utti

Hi, I’m Aaliyah Utti—a human services professional and Founder; Lead Grant Writer at Bloom Fundraising Solutions, a grant writing and fundraising support business serving Gwinnett County and metro Atlanta–based nonprofits.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Kennesaw State University and am a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). My background spans case management, program coordination, and cross-sector collaboration, where I’ve worked closely with individuals, families, and community organizations to navigate complex systems and deliver services effectively. That frontline experience gives me a practical understanding of the operational and capacity challenges nonprofits face—especially when pursuing sustainable funding.Through Bloom Fundraising Solutions, I support nonprofits by offering: • Grant Proposal Writing – Developing clear, compelling proposals that align organizational missions with funder priorities • Funder Research & Prospect Development – Identifying strategic, mission-aligned funding opportunities with realistic timelines and requirements • Grant Strategy & Readiness Support – Helping organizations approach grant funding as a structured, intentional process rather than a one-off effortMy project management training informs how I approach grant work—emphasizing clear scope, timelines, documentation, and follow-through. This allows nonprofits to experience grant writing not as a chaotic or opaque process, but as an organized, collaborative effort that integrates smoothly with their existing operations.Bloom was created to support community-rooted organizations doing meaningful work across Gwinnett County and the greater metro Atlanta area. I’m especially passionate about partnering with nonprofits that are building long-term capacity and strengthening the communities they serve.I value relationship-driven work, ethical fundraising practices, and continuous professional growth—both for myself and the organizations I support. If you’re a nonprofit leader, community partner, or fellow grant writer in the Gwinnett or metro Atlanta area, I’d love to connect and exchange insights.
