About Aamer Saeed

As a Strategic and Operations leader for 15+ years, Aamer has worked internationally, both in public and private sectors with a focus on infrastructure development and Portfolio Performance Excellence while simultaneously justifying total cost of ownership. He continuously influences, orchestrates and cross collaborates with multiple stakeholders influencing and executing high stake business decisions (>$100MM annually) through the entire life cycle of design development, construction contracts, procurement and governance. His focus is on Business Strategic Planning and Program Management with proven results in managing and delivering Integrated Real Estate development needs. In teams globally, he has led program management with complex design and projects of all scale and building types over Corporate, Retail, Educational, Data Centres, Institutional, Commercial, Renovations, Additions and New Construction. Using specialized and advanced knowledge in Asset Management, Construction management, Facility Performance, Project Management, Design Management, Smart Buildings and Building Science, Aamer has developed associated resource management systems, processes, and tools keeping total cost of ownership in mind. A lifelong learner and a firm believer in continuous education Aamer has a BS and MS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management.
