About Aamir Adil

I’m known for three things – Speeches Googling and Meeting Deadlines. The secret behind all the above super-powers have been humbling failures and determination. I was an introvert growing up in Kolkata observing a lot of things around me and on the internet soaking in Wikia Pages reading about Fitness Gadgets and going crazy hearing video games. Things took a change when I went out to study in Bangalore away from my home where I met diverse people and in the process understood different backdrops. This led me to be a people person. People often trust me with their thoughts and see me as their therapist😊 That’s one part of my story. Professionally I love Sales presentations and get things done by hook or crook (of course legally). Over the past 3 years I have worked being part of multiple cross-functional teams sometimes as an IC and sometimes leading a team working the top line managing the entire sales funnel and developing businesses through various distribution channels. My key achievements besides closing high ticket sales have been learning the art of patience and persistence sometimes you have nothing but faith in your hard work that thing would eventually work out in the long run. Sales can really be cold (pun intendend) in dishing out rejections but over times you end up developing thick skin and a never give up attitude. I just believe in this quote: “Courage is not the absence of fear but it is acting inspite of it.” Ps.
