As a Project Manager at TELUS, I lead digital transformation initiatives with Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Generative AI (GenAI), reducing manual effort and improving process management across the organization. I have over 5 years of experience in managing various transformation projects to enable digitization, optimize resources, and enhance stakeholder experience. I hold an MBA in International Business from Anglia Ruskin University, UK and a BBA in Marketing Research from SZABIST, Pakistan. I am passionate about data-driven decision making, strategic and tactical planning, and leadership initiatives. I have developed and implemented the Reciprocity program to guide buying and selling, and designed automation for various project tracking and reporting activities.
